  • You're so right. Being Speaker of the House and 3rd person in line for the Oval Office in which he brought Clinton to the center and balanced the budget in 1998 doesn't give him any clout or credibility. I mean, it was only the first time in 29 years a balance budget had been passed in D.C.

  • Well, that's how politics works. It kept Clinton from being impeached in the Senate after he perjured himself. It kept Obama from being vetted during the '08 campaign. What is a 'community organizer' anyhow? It will continue happen as long as there are party lines.
